SMLI AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

SMLI's After School Clubs are designed to enhance children's science education and inspire a love of learning through unique, hands-on and experimental learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Each session features unique themes inspired by niche scientific topics and the seasons.

Calling all animal lovers! Join us as we learn about all of SMLI's animal friends. Find out what makes each of them unique, the adaptations that help them survive, and more. Each week will feature a different animal alongside games, activities and crafts inspired by them! Can join us for the full session? Drop in when you're free! 

 

General Information:

  • Tuesdays 3:30 - 4:30pm

  • Dates: 4/22, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3 & 6/10

  • Ages 4-6 

Cost:

  • Full 8-week session: $200

  • Drop-in classes available: $35 each.

SMLI's Children's Gardening Workshop returns this spring! Get ready to get your hands in the dirt as we learn about what humans grow in it. Fruits versus veggies, flowers, seeds, mushrooms, and pollinators will all be discussed in this truly hands-on workshop!

 

General Information:

  • Fridays 3:30 - 4:30pm

  • Dates: 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30, 6/6 & 6/13

  • Grades K-2nd

Cost:

  • Full 8-week session: $250
